Full curriculum

Six weeks. Every session matters.

The ReLoHu Practitioner Certification is structured around six live sessions with a cohort of 12. Each week builds on the last. The methodology is cumulative — you do not skip ahead.

Module 1Week 1 · 3 hours

The witnessing foundation

Before any methodology, there is presence. This module establishes the foundational posture of the ReLoHu practitioner: receiving without collapsing what is heard into what is already known.

  • Why most listening is waiting to speak
  • Difference between mirroring and echoing
  • How to receive without interpreting prematurely
  • Witnessing dyads with cohort partners
Module 2Week 2 · 3 hours

Terrain mapping fundamentals

Every client presents a terrain — a structured field of patterns, defenses, and unresolved edges. This module teaches practitioners to read that field with precision.

  • Core wound — identifying the organizing injury
  • Primary patterns — naming recurring loops
  • Defense structures — what protects the wound
  • Reach pattern — who and what the client moves toward
  • Integration edge — what the terrain is asking for next
Module 3Week 3 · 3 hours

The art of the question

Questions are the primary instrument of the ReLoHu practitioner. This module draws a sharp distinction between questions that lead and questions that follow — and teaches practitioners to do the latter.

  • Leading vs following questions — the critical distinction
  • How to hold not-knowing as a practitioner
  • When to stay with a thread vs move on
  • Common errors — interpreting before the client is ready
Module 4Week 4 · 3 hours

Using the lens library

TranscEngine's 8 lenses translate session material into structured analytical output. This module teaches practitioners to choose lenses appropriately, run analyses, and read AI reports with clinical discernment.

  • How to choose the right lens for a given client
  • Running TranscEngine analyses on session transcripts
  • Reading AI-generated reports with clinical discernment
  • Multi-lens comparison — what the overlaps reveal
Module 5Week 5 · 4 hours

Supervised practice sessions

The program's central supervised experience. Each practitioner conducts a live session with a real client, followed by transcript group analysis and 1:1 supervision with Gedalia.

  • Run a full terrain mapping session with a real client
  • Submit transcript for group analysis and feedback
  • 1:1 supervision session with Gedalia
  • Debrief — what the terrain revealed vs what you heard live
Module 6Week 6 · 2 hours

Certification and integration

The final week completes the certification process and orients practitioners toward sustainable integration of the methodology into their existing practice.

  • Certification assessment — live session review
  • How to position ReLoHu work in your existing practice
  • Setting up your Meta-Aware practitioner account
  • Ongoing community access and continuing development
Research foundations

The research behind the methodology.

The ReLoHu methodology is grounded in established psychological research. The following researchers and their contributions inform the framework at its core.

Carl Rogers

Unconditional positive regard and the therapeutic power of being accurately perceived.

Dan Siegel

Interpersonal neurobiology and the concept of feeling felt.

Heinz Kohut

Self psychology and the developmental need for mirroring.

Bessel van der Kolk

How unwitnessed experience is stored somatically.

Edward Tronick

Still Face Experiment and the neurobiological origins of the witnessing wound.

Allan Schore

Right brain to right brain communication and nervous system co-regulation.

John Gottman

Bids for connection and the damage of feeling unseen.

ReLoHu does not claim to be these frameworks. It is a structured application informed by and consistent with this body of research.
